    Is my gear underdosed??..

    I am just over halfway thru my second cycle of AAS. 600 mg/wk of test E. Doing a bb'ing routine at the gym, with no cardio. Diet is in check and getting plenty of good clean calories a day. My body fat has dropped some, but I have only gained about 3 or 4 lbs. ?? My first cycle I took back in the spring was only 200 mg/wk of test cyp. and I was doing serious crossfit workouts, and put on about 8 lbs. in ten weeks
    Something seems off..I know im not gonna turn into the hulk over night or anything, but I would expect to have gained a little more by now since im taking 3x's as much and no cardio. Is me gear grossly underdosed?

    Thoughts from you experienced guys??

    meal 1 12 egg whites, 1 cup(dry measure) oats
    meal 2 protein shake with 1 cup oats mixed in, nat. pb
    meal 3 10 oz chicken beast, brown rice (or sometimes 12 grain bread depending on sched) nat, pb
    meal 4: same as meal 3
    meal 5: post workout. protein shake and banana
    meal 6: 12 egg whites, sometimes a little mozz cheese on them, nat. pb

    30 yr old, 6'1, 217 lbs, about 15% bf, training for 15 yrs, on second aas cycle

    loose shake 2 and replace with lean protien and brown rice or yam
    meal 6 why more eggs how about lean beef and veggies
    add a meal 7 make it a casien shake with natty pb
    add some veggies with those other mails and should be g2g

    did you leave your stats out on purpose?

    no, just seemed my question didnt need them. Thanks for the insight on my diet, I will modify. always wanting to learn how to tweak things.

    Still wondering why I have only gained 3 or 4 lbs?? I know my diet is not BAD, and I know Im getting enough to grow, esp more that what I have on this cycle. do you think my gear is underdosed?

    hard to say i was up 12lbs week 6 of test e 500mg pw, try upping the cal for a week or two and see where you are at.
    have you seen any other gains thus far

    i will add an additional meal starting now. i have noticed food strength gains and i think i look decent but like i said i usually do crossfit so switching to bb'ing routine for 2 months, these gains seem like i could do just about naturally. idk, im not a ignorant kid, i dont expect 30 lbs of muscle gain in 6 weeks, but i would expect at least 10.

    I just finished my first cycle and I ran through 2 vials (6 weeks a piece). I also ran XTren prohormone for the first 6 weeks. I gained 12 pounds by week 6 (probably mostly the prohormone and diet); however, I didn't have any acne or major strength increase compared to XTren alone. The metal ring on the first vial looked like it was gripped with a pliers and was dented. The juice also had big swirls in it when I drew it into the syringe (like brown alcohol in a clear glass) which i heard was a sign it may be crashing. A week or two after starting the 2nd vial I broke out bad, started getting big strength increases and ended up gaining another 8 pounds. I'm thinking my first vial was bad and the hormone crashed.

    Did you notice any acne on this cycle? How about the last cycle? Just a thought ...
