    Clen question

    Day 1- 10mcg - Felt nothing
    Day 2- 20 mcg - Felt Nothing
    Day 3- 30 mcg - felt nothing
    Day 4- 40 mcg - Finally feel a warmth in my face


    Also to note : in cold weather I have problems with breathing and have taken puffers in the past etc. I'm not 100% sure yet but, my lungs feel a little better right now.

    I made my own clen and was worried that my powder was bunk. It appears to be working.

    I am planning on 14 days until I hit 100mcg a day (days 10-14)

    - To clen users

    Is this consistant with your exp?

    10 mcg on day 1 is low i started withg 40 mcg on day 1 and got it up too 120 mcg by day 6 i believe no im on a 2week break that dosing chart is really really low

    didnt start feeling a whole lot until 80 mcg

    I did 60 today.. still not to sure if this is working..

    I will bump it up to 80 2morrow.

    I started at 60mcg and increased it 20 a day until 140 where I am currently at. I had some shakes and trouble sleeping the first 5 days or so but now I don't really notice anything. Im doing the keto method for 6 weeks

    my friend that is doin it also really didnt start feeling anything till 100 mcg so i wouldnt b worried esp. if u ordered it from that red banner up there u are good too go

    there's no way of telling if your stuff is over/under dosed since you made it yourself.... first time I started at 60mcg as well, ramped up 20mcg per day from there to 120mcg definitely felt the effects at 60mcg but the clen I use is from the board sponsor and good to go. second time i didnt ramp up just started @ 120mcg from day 1

    sure shot way to determine if the clen is working is body temperature...of course if you didn't monitor your body temp a week prior to get an average base body temp then you wouldn't know any way. body temp is also important to monitor while dosing then you can begin to see when the effects start to diminish and its time to lay off or go with keto..I take keto from day 1 and through out regardless but i still monitor my temp. i've had variances of around 3degrees on average during use with close to 5degrees being the high side

    Well I took 80 mcg today.
    I do feel a slight warmth but no shakes or sweating.

    However, I take my clen first thing in the morning, and I have been having shtty sleeps the past 3 days. I sleep for 3-4 hours and wake up ready to go...// trouble is its usually 4 a.m. and I dont work til 9.
