First Cycle Question
Hey guys not really my first cycle, but i would call it my first attempt at a legit cycle lol, As ive been reading through ive noticed that test e is a great first cycle, my question is , 250 or 500 a week, some people say 250 some people say 500, not too sure where to start here. My body responds very well to test so im thinking 250, any info would be appreciated thanks.

the good test e cycle is 500mg/week split in to two 250mgx2 monday morning thursday evening(10 to 14 weeks long)
also hcg 250iu with that (500iu/week) from 3rd week
you can use dbol for kick start 30-40mg/day for first 4 weeks
also run anastrazole 0.25mg/eod during cycle
and for pct
nolva week1-3 20mg/day week 4-5 10mg/day

To keep it simple, I cycle 8 weeks instead of the average 12

I suggest 250mg twice a week spread apart 30 minutes before your workout.
I prefer Friday noon-3 and Tuesday noon-3 (I have very similiar stats as yours aswell).
As to anavar , its definitly alright at 40mg ED.
So it should look something like this:
Week 1-x Test Enathate 500mg (250mg Friday/tuesday)

im doin the same thing i am running test at 400 mg a week and i am throwing 50 mg of var in there week 4 thru 12

and as far as running it 8 weeks i think it would b better too run it 12 weeks as they say it dont kinck in for a few weeks since its a long ester

400-500mgs per week will be fine so long as your diet is adequate and your training.
