Exclamation What works best to prevent soreness after injection?

Does doing a bit of cardio help? Ice or heat?

Also am I the only one who gets a warm feeling in their head and mild nausea right after injecting??

Heat pad will help a bit.
The most important thing is to warm the gear well, inject slowly with a steady hand, and to get the oil deep into a large muscle (particularly your glutes).
And the warm feeling and nausea sounds like its all in your head because you're scared of needles. A small percentage of people pass out cold their first time pinning, or even anytime they see their own blood.

Thanks bro. I dunno about the fear theory because I'm definitely not afraid of needles or blood.

Do you think cardio/working out is yay or nay right after injecting?

It won't make a difference either way. But if the injection is causing pain, it will limit your workout, so its best to inject the muscle after working it (plus that way you don't notice the PIP as much, since it blends in with the DOMS).

"warm the gear well, inject slowly with a steady hand," this and you can try to massage the injection site with your palm or a tennis ball after injection for 30-60 seconds

Yeah massage it after. It hurts to pin more after I work out that muscle so I pin before I work out. Idk, for me I just had to get use to it. My first cycle gave me sore spots after pinning but cycles after that it's never hurt again...

I roll my gear inbetween my hands to warm it up before injecting. Rarely do I get sore. When I do get sore its usually cause I injected at a bad angle, which again is rare.

What are you injecting? How much cc? The main think I have found that helps 100% is inject SLOW. I mean I take a full minute+ to push in 1cc. yeah it sound SLOW but think about it. 1 minute vs 1 or 2 days discomfort? I mean I dont even get sore a little 99% of the time.

Just sit the vial in a glass of hot water. Simpler and more effective.

I know but I inject in the privacy of my own bedroom so the kids do not see.

Warm the oil just before you inject, then inject very slowly.
