    What to prep high levels in diet before clen.

    I'm currently flushing my system of all fatty and bad foods. I'm wondering what should I be eating pre cycle So my body is ready when I start. I read the post on clen about potassium and fruits. But If I'm lookin to minmize my side effects I figure I probably want to have high levels of (variables "A" and "x") in my system first.

    eating "clean' will work..keep all carbs whole grain and complex and proteins lean...fats should come from nuts, olive oil and macadamia and things like that..

    Sorry still new what does complex mean? Could you give me a basic run down of the label . Like how much is too much carbs,sugar,sodium ect.. Is 14g carbs yoo high?If you don't want to it's no problem I'd probably be able to find this info online somewhere.
    Last night I ate spiced salmon , buttered squash and boiled shrimp. I figure if I stick to fish veggies and shell fish I'll be ok. Avoiding butter and fry when I can. But mostly I'm looking for a beneficial drink . That I can buy from the store. All the marketing bs says it's all good for you? Is propel good? Vitawater?
