Arrow 3rd Cycle...First Stack...Need Help or Opinons on Cycle and PCT

This will be my 3rd cycle and first to stack 2 substances together. I am 28 yrs old. 5'11"...163lbs....great diet as my girl is a licensed dietrician so she makes sure I'm fed well. I've had to wait to this cycle as I dislocated my elbow in August. I'm about 2 weeks out to getting back into my routine. I weighed about 175 with 8% back in July before the injury and after my second cycle. Im a firm believer of sticking to the basics and have only ever used Test E and Var. I plan on running a 12-14 week cycle with .5-1ml of Test Enth E4D probably pinning Mon/Thurs. I have on hand Test E , D-Bol , HCG , Nolva , and Clomid. My dbol is in 10mg tabs and I've never stacked before. From the info I gathered I should take 20-60mg ED for the first 4-5 weeks of the cycle. Is this correct or what would you suggest.

My question is without being able to get my hands on an AI how should I run my PCT ? And how should I administer my HCG. My last thread response I got was to pin the HCG at 250iu 2x a week starting in week 3 and running to the end of the cycle. With only Nolva and Clomid on hand how should I run my PCT ? Ive heard to run the PCT for 4 weeks with Clomid @ 50/50/25/25 and Nolva @40/40/20/20. I was planning on running the HCG Week 3-12 @ 125iu-250iu 2XWeek with the dose depending on the how the testes respond.

Any info would be appreciated. I can only read so many threads before I get conflicting information.

    5'11 and 163 lbs...no you're diet isn't great. Sorry to say.

Dietricians usually don't understand the dietary and caloric needs of a BB.

I suggest you post pone your cycle, and post in the diet forum.

Yea I have lost almost 20 pounds from not being able to work out since July. Ive maintained eating how I was when on cycle with the exception of cutting out the protein shakes and supplements. I eat oatmeal and egg whites every morning. Have a mid day snack of Tuna and fruit salad. Lunch consists of 8-12oz of chicken breast with brown rice and veggies. In between lunch and dinner Ill have more tuna or cottage cheese with some peanuts and fruit. And dinner is always fish or chicken with brown rice and veggies. Ive remained pretty thin due to alot of running and cross training since I was unable to lift.

With a BMI of 22 my normal caloric intake is to be from about 1400 to 2200 on a non bulking diet. I have basically maintained cutting up as much as possible since I was unable to lift. I like to remain active and running and cross training was about all I could do. So naturally I lost weight. Although my current diet is more calories than what BMI calls for with the amount of running Im doing I am staying very thin.
