Contemplating a cycle to get back to were I was
Hi, I am 25 and I just started working out again this last month. It has been 3 years since I have been in the gym. I have done a cycle before back when I was 17 and I got really good results then. I had no idea what I was doing and lost everything I had gained. I got really depressed and quit working out for about 3 years. I started working out again and did pretty well I got up to 250lbs and about a 14% body fat. I quit gaining anything, so got bored and quit working out. Now I am at my current point and this time around it is taking a lot more to get any results. So I am looking starting a cycle. I want to get back close to were I was, as soon as I can. Right now I am 6'0" and 220lbs and I would say around a 20% body fat, just guessing at that though. I want to shoot for around 280 eventually this time and maybe benching around 500; last time I could never get over 440. I was stuck there for around 6 months, then quit. I am looking at doing sust 450 for 15 to 16 weeks. I just want to know what anyone thinks about this cycle and about how much to take a week. I normally put on muscle very fast just looking for some help to get back in it.
