bringing stanazol into my 3rd cycle
hey, just wanting some tips on doing a cycle..
my first cycle i did was 8 weeks on8weeks off and constited of pyrimiding sus250 and dec50. started at 1ml a week went to 3ml a week and back.
second cycle was 10 weeks on and 8 weeks off. started on 2ml a week of suss250 and went upto 3ml aweek and back down. but was only on 1ml of deca50 for the 10weeks.
just so u know that the deca and suss are legit and not fakes as im in australia and i get it from prescription and off the chemist..
now im looking at doing an 8 week cycle with one ml of deca50 a week and and 2ml of suss a week pyramiding to the two middle weeks of the cycle with 3ml a week. but i just got 2oml of stanazol 50mg i want to incorperate this in to my cycle but not sure how.. do i need more than 20 ml? because i can grab it if needed. should i start with it at the start of my cycle or halfway through? anyhelp would be much appreciated.
im 97kg atg the moment and want to smash the 100kg barrier..

Those cycles are awful and outdated. You should do a lot of reading before touching anything again.

I agree those cycles are awful, go to the education section and read the stickies that will give you an idea how to cycle properly, first cycle should be looking at one compound and you shouldn't be pyramiding.
Do you understand pct?
what are your stats?
what is your diet like?
how long have you been training for?

no i dont understand pct, but will research it, my diet it not to bad for everyday eating , muslie yoghurt n fruit for breckie, nuts and fruit for smoko, chicken or ham and salad rolls for lunch and no carbs for dinner.. mainly grilled or pan seared fish or chicken, always steamed vedg or salads.. as for training ive been into weights for just under 2years but befor that i have been fighting for a year and a half before. very minimal weights with fighting as i got to robotic and was ahell of alot slower. as for stats im 27yrs, aprox 190cm weighing 97.2kg and as for body fat i dont know.. but im fat, i do alot of cardio, running 3times aweek ride a push bike over 120kms a week and i still jump in the ring and do a few rounds..
and why is pyramiding no good? and when u say my first cycle should of been one compound, do u mean say just suss?

ahh ok pct, Post Cycle Therapy .. yeah i have been prescribed pregnyl 1500 for the end of my cycles..

You need to stop taking steroids you have no idea what your doing and your going to harm yourself, your diet is awful, your cycles are even worse, you have no idea about pct and your a long way off taking steroids again IMHO.
Go to the diet section and read the stickies and post your diet for everyone to help you with,
Read all the stickies in the education section,
Read all the stickies in the PCT section and understand what your reading,
Research,research and research
