    Exclamation Upping calories when long ester kicks in?

    If you run a test c or e only cycle do you guys up your calories around week 4 when it kicks in? If not what's the reasoning?

    depending if youre goals are to gain ...yes you up the calories as you gain ....you will not east the same amount of food at 200lbs that you ate 185...you ramp your food slowly..

    I mean upping your calories based on the test "kicking in". Like you start eating above maintenance from the beginning but are you able to up the calories significantly more after it kicks in without gaining fat as strength is going up and there is the maximum dosage of test in your blood.

    So if calorie intake were a graph it would be a slow incline at the beginning and it would get signifcantly steeper around week 4 and stay at that incline to the end of the cycle.

    I've always regulated my diet based on activity rate. Too many calories and not enough training I gain weight. Not always lean weight. Too few calories and I lose weight. When Test kicks in I most definitely gain weight. When I PCT is when my diet history shows up on how much of the gains I keep.

    what I would do is increase cals by 200 every week on cycle
