Hi im thinking of starting my 1st course and im not really that clued up on steroids . Im 22 6" 1 and weigh 110kg with about 30% body fat ive been training for about 8 months about 4 times a week. My diet is ok try to eat as healthy as possible eat alot of chicken and rice and have about 4 protein shakes a day and im also using creatine just started a new 8 week course. Im looking to keep the size i am but just strip the body fat and mayb add a bit of mass along the way! Any more info needed just reply any help and advice would be greatly appreciated cheerz also my mate told me to start using t5's wot are they? and are they worth going on? cheerz
