Winstrol administration

What's up brothers'...
180lbs 5'8 have taken 3 to 4 cycles in the past 8 years, composed of Test enth., deca and at times dbol .

last one was 500mg Test wk
400mg deca wk
35mg dbol day

Question is thinking of a test deca winstrol .. 10 maybe 12 weeker, never taken wiiny, what would be the best administration on the wiiny???daily at 25mg, in the morning best upon waking each day or 50mg every other day morning or evening? You advise pls..
Amount of winstrol 20cc 50 per, all I got on the winny.
Its water-based can it run thru insulin needles? dumb question i say cause not enough going into the muscles for injection... let me know understaer-based it is difficult even thru 23 gauge? Can that be? being water-based sub...
