    Deca messing up my gains....

Okay, this is what I have discovered over the last 11 weeks. I've kept my test at 750 per week. I started off with deca at 600mg per week. And my gains where slow as shit. I'm talking 6 weeks into it.

I lowered my deca to 200mg per week and kept test at 750 and got stronger, harder and started gaining weight fast.

Around week 9 I raised my deca back up to 600mg and bam. I literally deflated, muscles didn’t feel as full, wasn’t as strong, gains started to slow.

1 week ago I reduced my deca back down to 200mg per week. And my gains, strength, everything etc etc is rocketing back up.

So wtf is the deal with deca. Every time I use more than a small ratio it f*cks up my gains? Anybody on here got any experience. All my past cycles have been test only.

I know deca is less anabolic . Is there a scientific reason for this like... There are limited amount of anabolic receptors in the body. If deca is increased it diminishes the stronger anabolic effects of test??

Apparently in some people it can totally destroy the amount of test in your body. I read something on it and it can lower your test down to nothing. I aint experianced in it but that is what i read.

This is true regarding endogenous testosterone . However, he is taking 750mg of exogenous test which deca should not be able to "destroy". I think the real question here is how can you be so sure about the change in gains after switching on and off of deca so quickly. Since the decanoate ester is one of the longest around it takes a long time for it to build up and a long time to decrease. How much of a difference in gains are we talking here? has your calorie intake been consistent?

Never thought about the changing on and off quickly, and with the diet i do heavily agree with. Really good reply to that. A good point about the weight loss aswell, would be good to know how much atrophy has happened.
