    Anavar ephedrine

    was wondering if anyone had ever stacked these two and weather they are effective in leaning up. current stats are 5ft 10" 190lbs bf=13.4% looking to get down to drop the final few pounds of bf and get down to about 9% bf.

    I'm not sure if anavar effects your BP. if so I wouldn't do, although I don't think it does.

    I'm no expert to I would wait for others to chime in.

    sorry im using the anavar to lean out and the ephedrine to cut the body fat down should of added that bit lol
