    Hello
    I've been reading Your board for quite some time and I decided it was bout time for me to register.

    I'm 6'2" 195 and 8%bf. I'm looking to maybe find some stuff that will give me a little size and strength without getting too fat. If I could stay away from needles that would be cool but if they end up being a must I will suck it up somehow.

    If you're after a 'needle-less' cycle you may want to check out some of the UK forums as they seem to advocate this type of cycle vs those in the states.

    But hell, after 2-3 sticks you wont think twice about givin yourself a shot.

    Forget about your childhood experiences with shots it's not like that. It's no big deal and injectables are easier on the body.

    What are you goals? Summer coming so most people arent looking to bulk, so there have been a lot of posts on cutting cycles. 8% is already pretty cut though. Pick a couple aas to work with. ie EQ TEST winny.
    and Im sure someone will help you put a good cycle together. WELCOME!

    welcome to the board. and in the future you'll see that pinz arent that bad. I remember in the begining i would hold the pinz 2 inches away from my horses ass and stay there for like 2-4 minutes. Now i could do it with my eyes close... i LOVE IT.

    needles are your friend. easier on the body. spot injecting can be addicting!
