    See any red flags here?

    I was planning on my first cycle consisting of test sust. It will be:

    250 mg twice a week for 10 weeks
    hCG at 250 IU's twice a week starting week 3 and ending week 8 (I heard it was important to stop hcg well before taking clomid? Correct me if I'm wrong)
    Arimidex at .25mg everyday starting at week three. Do I need to run nolva while using hCG to prevent leydig desensitization or can I save the nolva for the PCT?

    My PCT will be:

    Clomid 100/50/50/50 - might do 300mg of Clomid the first day
    Nolva 40/40/20/20

    My stats:
    Age 25
    Weight: 205
    Height: 6'2"
    BF: 15%

    My main questions are do I need to run nolva alongside the hCG during my cycle and keep running it for my pct or can I just save it for my pct? Also how does my hCG use in general look, am I missing anything? And of course, how does my PCT look?

    there is no reason to run nolvadex during cycle and the use of a-dex is a wait and see if you need it aswell
    pct looks good
    wait for someone else on the hcg as i never ran it

    You should check your Clomid doses, I may be wrong but at 6'2 and 205 15%, seems like you can still grow a bit more naturally. Just IMO. Good Luck

    Do you think I should increase those clomid doses? Also, I really feel like my gains in strength and size have reached a plateau in the gym, especially my chest. I have been working out consistently and eating a mostly good diet, but am not gaining like I used to.

    How long have gains been flat? Your diet needs to be solid not mostly good, make an adjustment in your diet to see if gains start up again

    You don't need more clomid. You have plenty. Hcg twice a week x 250. I would stop about 1 week before last shot wait two weeks then start pct and I would also wait a few more years to run a cycle.

    I personally double the HCG for the 18 days between the last shot and the beginning of PCT, last shot being 4 days out from PCT.

    No increase is necessary, 100/100/50/50, 50/50/25/25 is mostly what I see for dosages, but the 300mg the 1st day I never seen. If your chest reached a plateau, then you should switch some exercises. What are your chest work out, Set, reps?

    Nolva on cycle @ 10mg a day if you get symptoms of gyno. I ran it all the way through my cycle. I am prone to gyno, 10mg a day gives me a peace of mind lol

    I was told to wait three weeks after the last shot with sustanon before starting the pct. And why would you recommend I wait a few more years before doing my first cycle?

    I just switched a full body routine a few days ago, but before that, my chest day looked like:

    Run for 5 minutes
    BB Bench: 3x6
    Incline DB Bench: 3x6
    Dips: 5x10
    Pushups: 4x10
    Seated Should Press: 3x6
    Wide Chest Machine: 3x6
    Pushups: 4x10
    Pec Flies Machine: Suicide Sets
    HIIT: 15 minutes

    Any suggestions are welcome!
