7 weeks in forearms shot.
7 weeks in test e /eq been going good until fri. been experiencing extreme forearm pumps no mater what im exercising the last week and a half.friday i was doing cable crunchs with my hands facing my face holding the bar and i cramped up so bad i had to pry my fingers off the bar. does this happen to anyone out there? should i take a few days off the weights or push through it?unfortunately i have not been able to push my strength like i wanted to .due to tennis elbow, man im falling apart. im a mason and i use a trowel and this could have something to do with this. any info is appreciated..

I have a somewhat simalar thing happen. Usually after I workout while on cycle my forearms get so pumped up that an hour later when I am trying to type on this site my forearms will cramp so bad I have to stop and move them around, same thing with the phone and trying to get my blender bottle to my face I get forearm cramps bad. And I ain't even a mason so I don't have the Popeye looking forearms someone carrying a tray and trowel all day does...PS I agree with your thoughts that you occupation might be part of the problem, then again it does pay pretty well so what you gonna do :-)
Good luck, maybe you could try puttin some of that lightwieght ceiling mud in the mortar tray when no one was lookin....
On a serious note maybe potasium ( bananas ) would help lessen the cramping? I meant to get some last time at the store but forgot.

Yep, electrolytes will help.
potassium, magnesium, taurine too.

Probably goes without saying, but be sure to drink plenty of water.
I tend to not be as thirsty in the winter time, making it easy to get dehydrated.

Sounds like dehydration and electrolytes and potassium. I've had this happen before as well. I think mainly dehydration. I started taking potassium supps too. I would increase those three and should be fine. Sucks when your fingers get stuck like that.

I keep reading that Taurine helps with back pumps, would it also help with other body parts ?
I know there is a difference between pumps and cramping
