    4th week on test e, looking to harden up..any ideas?

    Stats

    25 yr
    205 lbs
    5'10"
    bf 12%

    Im currently on my 4th week of test e 500mgs ew, this is my first time running test e so far i like the gains but i feel like i need to harden up. What would be good to take that will act preety quick and will do the trick. I would like to add EQ but that will take a while to kick in so i dont know. Im thinking, winny but i want to run winny during summer. Im also thinking tren , any ideas would help.

    I would run tren a with your test. always makes me real hard and notice it with in 2 week.

    You should have solid gains if your diet is in check and you salt intake is low. If you are gaining soft weight on test I would say 90% diet. I wouldnt add another AAS but you may want to try and AI as well as a diuretic. A good ECA stack would be good

    Im using Ai eod right now. Your totally right though it is my diet, its has been really hard for me to keep stady clean diet due to work so i was kind of looking for a little cheat way and take something that will help me harden up

    if i decide to go with tren can i drop my test e to 300mgs a week or keep it at 500mgs?

    fix your diet, if your asking about sides on tren tells me you have no knowladge of the compound it is extremely potent and the sides can be extremly tough to handle, leave the tren to the experianced. your needs can be met by fixing your diet and stepping up cardio

    i do understand the sides can be extremly tough but everyone is diff so i asked bc i was wondering what he expierenced.
