    DECA for shoulder rehab

Hi guys , recently posted this on my bodybuilding forum not knowing they wer anti-drugs... wondering if some1 can help me ..

Over past few months i have been suffereing with shoulder impingment syndorme.
i have seen a specialist and corrected my posture, also done a bunch of exercises , he says the problem is 70% better but stil i am not training chest/shoulders properly..
He says the impingment seems to have gone but im left with tendonitus .

with impingment syndrome 80% of the time comes with a form of rotator cuff tendonitus. (which yes, i do have aswell)

Now i've read in a bunch of forums DECA can help with rehab for this .
Im not entierly sure how but im sure sum of you guys would know. As ive not clued up on deca. But have been reading that it would put fluid back into the joint .

Pumping deca into my system would mainly be for rehab perpouses , yea maybe a bit of size back wouldn't go a miss..
Please could some-one give me a answer to this if im correct or not .
    and maybe a cycle.

    thank you in advance

and i have been to a physio about this .. he's explained the problem, 70% corrected it ,
im just wondering for the final part of rehab, would deca or even a pro hormone aid the tendoninto repairing.

I wouldn't touch any steroid for rehab with your stats, it could cause you a whole bunch of other problems what would be alot worse that your shoulder, best of luck

I had reconstructive surgery on my shoulder last february. The pain is the easy part, its the mind that gets to you. I was not able to lift for about 8-10 weeks. I was considering hGh as physio therapy aid and to try and maintain my size, but eventually chose not too. To maintain the habit of training, I went to the gym at my normal times and did light cardio and additional physical therapy (in conjunction with professional). Best decision I made. My "new" shoulder is stronger than my other one.

My opinion is ride out the PT.......do it with the therapist, and then again in the gym. Your range of motion will come back quickly and then start trainig chest/shoulders light. Once your normal strength is back......then hit the "supplements".
