    check up on this cycle bc i still have gyno

    im gettin ready to run a new cycle. this is my second one, my first cycle was good but i didnt pct right and saw side effects. This cycle is test cyp 500 mg/week 1-12, equipoise 200 mg/week 1-12, turinabol / 20mg to 40mg wk 1-8, anavar 10mg/ wk 1-8, and letro at 1.25 EOD for all 12 wks. and nolva once im dont for 3 wks. I plan to take a full 2.5 once a week to make sure im good to go, since ive got gyno from my last cycle and still have it and dont want it to grow. please any suggestions would be nice.

    Stop everything your doing and take a step back,
    first what are your stats?
    what is your diet like?
    Your 2nd cycle doesnt need all those compounds,
    You need to do alot more research on pct
    your letro is over kill, it will squash all gains

    im 5'6 160. my diet runs like this:
    Meal 1:

    1 cup of egg whites
    2 whole eggs
    1/2 cup kidney beans
    1 cup non-starch vegetable of choice
    50 grams cashews
    1 small piece of fruit


    Meal 2:

    400 grams of plain yogurt
    2 scoops of whey {mixed in with yogurt}
    50 grams almonds
    1 Tablespoon of peanut butter


    Meal 3:

    7oz chicken breast
    large salad
    1 teaspoon flax oil
    1 teaspoon olive oil
    50g cheddar


    Meal 4:

    7oz lean beef
    large salad
    1 teaspoon flax oil
    1 teaspoon olive oil
    50g walnuts


    Meal 5:

    Meal 5 happens thirty minutes before, during and immediately after lifting.

    I have three PWO drinks. One before, one sipped during and another immediately after lifting. They have about 340 cals 28g whey and 56g carbs from maltodextrin each.


    Meal 6:

    {this is the first solid post work out meal, an hour after lifting}

    7oz chicken breast
    large salad
    1 piece of fruit
    50g brown rice {dry weight}
    100g sweet potato


    Meal 7:

    1 cup egg whites
    1 piece of fruit
    50g rolled oats {dry weight}

    Amounts to approximately:

    Calories: 4650 Protein: 390 Carbs: 480 Fat: 150

    im not looking for major gains just quality strength and endurance and no bloat from water gains. I was def thinking about cutting out the anavar it felt like alot of overkill.

    At 5'6" and 160lbs, I am betting your under 25.... Use your diet for a while and re-evaluate your situation...
