How does antiestrogens reverse actual gland growth?
can someone explain how an antiestrogen like Letro for exmaple can reverse gyno? i know it blocks of the estrogen but wont that just keep it from geting worse or avoiding it from the start? how is it that some people have reversed gyno with antiestrogens? what else do antiestrogens do other then just block estrogen that reverses the gyno? does it burn away the existing tissue or something? just doesnt make since to me im confused.

Just like testes, if they are not getting the hormones they need, they will atrophy. Aromatase inhibitors reduce over estro levels, and SERMS bind to receptors, but have little/no activity. I think using both in conjunction with one another is the key to gland reduction.
