    Usually I see sprays in the health food store .

    As marcus said they're a scam. HGH is a fragile substance and even if it were available in oral form it wouldn't survive in your digestive system. They HGH supplements you see in stores are precursors to HGH kinda like peptides only way less effective. Any gains from such supps will be nothing more than a placebo
