MY head is spinning!!!
I havent posted much on here but ive been reading and trying to learn for a long time. I'm 34 been working out most of my life off/on. Ive been on and working hard for the past 3 yrs trying to bet big. Everyone tells me im big im about 235lbs i dont know bf%. Anyway i dont think i will ever now enough to even try gear just when i think i know something i read something else and i realize i have no idea. How do ppl learn how to use gear trial and error? i dont think i want the error but would like to try one day!! Dont know if i ever will though.

Don't let all of this confuse you. This forum is filled with good information and a lot of opinons. There are a lot of people on here that will just start pinning as soon as they can, even young kids unfortunately. I am glad to see that you are concerned with getting yourself educated. I would first need to know personally why I want to take them? I would understand that these will not make you Mr. Olypia over-night. But I think we both understand that they aren't miracle workers, right. Gear is honestly a small part of my equation for gaining muscle; it was a big part, so I thought, when I first started, but now it's just part of a bigger picture. Read the stickies mainly, because they will provide you with what you really need to understand what you need to start.

get a book or two. Read the stickys, visit more than a couple places on the net. Not trial and error. iti's not very complicated to start. It' get's a little twistly on down the road, but by then it will make more sense.

First cycle simplified:
Cycle:
weeks 1 - 12 500mg Testosterone enanthate or cypionate .
(inject 250mg monday morning and 250mg thursday evening)
Pct:
weeks 15 - 18 Clomid @ 100/100/50/50 milligrams per day.
weeks 15 - 20 Nolvadex @ 40/40/20/20/20/20 milligrams per day.

dont concern yourself with multi-compound cycles that is for the well experianced. look into testosterone only cycle. keep in mind diet and training make up a bigger part of the puzzel than steroids .

Man what a great mindset, too bad more people don't have the concern you do with understanding all the variables before jumping in the deep end of the pool.

Remember to keep it simple. The starter cycle above is perfect. You can find a basic diet, or post your diet for feedback. Then all you need to do is lift things up and put them down. :-)
All the complicated info can be stored in your noggin for future use.

Just make sure your time on = your time off as well as keeping the test dose relatively mild. You will be fine.

Go to the education threads and read the stickies, that will give you a good basic knowledge of steroids and how to use them for the first timer, once you have a basic idea start a thread giving as much information as possible about yourself and what you want to achieve and we will try to help you in the right direction.

@ 235lbs I thing 500mg should be just about right.
