right guys and dolls
in the middle of first week using clen .. 3 days to be exact.. day one 40mcg, day 2 40mcg and day 3 40mcg. got series sweats on first 2 nights so will be interesting to see how tonight goes..
day one (am) 40mins interval running and 20 mins core 20 mins light cycle. (pm) is start of a 6 week heavy weights session so done back and biceps

day two (am) 10.5 k run 25 min plometrics. (pm) indoor soccer 60mins

day three (am) 90 mins of cardio run,cross trainer,bike,stepper etc (pm) chest and triceps

im using the clen part of plan to cut weight but i think i might get something to run with it with the 6 week heavy weights im doing!
was thinking of Testosterone as i read somewhere is good for first cycle or maybe EQ?

i eat a calorie deflict diet with lots of chicken and salad. using jack ed and bsn protein
