Injection leakage......
After my injections sometimes when I withdraw the pin I get some juice leak from where i've just injected, this mainly happens when I go in the shoulders and it gives me the absolute shits..... Not much comes out but i'd prefer it to stay put haha any tips to prevent this from happening??

try hopping on one leg, moo'ing like a cow and wear a pretty dress when injecting and you should have no problems with leakage man

Load a little air into the back or the syringe to push all the gear in
After you have injected, pull the needle out half an inch and leave for 15 seconds, then slowly remove the pin

If you apply the Z track method it seals the injection site so there is no leakage.

also.. just thoguht this was worth mentioning.. you usually need 1.5" for glutes.. either for quads and 1" for delts.. general rule of thumb is not to inject more than three cc in glutes or quads and not more than 2cc in delts
I do not have any science behind this, it was just a rule of thumb i have always stuck by and have had success with.

If you pin glutes, I have found that using a modified version of the z track called the FFM track (oh boi!) works well. What is do is to pin normally then as soon as the needle clears the skin after pinning, I pull the skin and fat layer to the side. I only do this on glutes because I find it difficult to hold the skin to the side while pinning.

z track, but its tricky on delts as you need yoar palm to stretch the skin and hold the pin with the same hand.
