375mg test e per week?
Ive ran 500mg usually and just wondering opinions on doing 375mg a week ? will it be good enough or should i bump back to 500mg cheers

good question and i wonder if i overdid my first cycle also at 500mgs pw i hope im not stuck at that dose. i guess it depends on how many 500mg cycles you did. i did 1 ann i honestly think i can get away with running a lower dose say 350-400mgs and still get results.
what is your exact cycle history.

Ive done 4 cycles on test with orals invovled but im wondering if i can lengthen the cycle by using a lower dose im sure it wont make that much difference will it?

yeah 375 would still be about 4 times your natural potential so im sure it would yield good gains...some guy have done a first cycle with 250mg a week although I wouldnt recommend it you would still see some results.
I think alot of people go nuts at the start...I know a guy at my gym whos first cycle was 500mg test and then on his second cycle he was running 750mg of test, tren , winny ect ect lol I told him to slow it down! and then he was telling me he wants to bulk with 1000mg of test next!
IMO most people should do what they did on their first cycle for their second or mabey a slightly higher dose....so if you ran 500mg for your first cycle I would run 600mg for your second and stack it with an oral to kick start.
No need to burn out your burn your receptors in the first couple cycles.

how many times does times does 500mg increase from ur natural test just out of intrest anyone?

well the avg male make around 30-70mg a week naturaly...70mg being very high so I would guess around 5-7 times your natural test depending on the person.
p.s 100mg of test cyp or enth is more like 70mg because the ester causes the test to loose a slight amount of amount of potency so 500mg is more like 350mg.

If its your second cycle and you did 500 your first then I would stick to atleast 500 again or you will be disappointed. So if you did 500mg last time then do 500mg this time but kick start it with 30-50mg of dbol and you should be happy with your gains.
what was your last cycle?

If you're used to running 500mg and an oral, then 375mg for a longer time and no oral is going to be one long dissapointment. Sure, you will still be more anabolic than normal, but you aren't going to break any PRs unless your diet and training are far better than during previous cycles. It would still work fine to maintain muscle mass on a cut, though.

My 1st cycle was 250 test and dbol .Back in the early 80s.I gained 25lbs.Took 2 weeks off.1 shot hcg then went back on.I went from 160 to 225lbs and was lean as hell.Never ran over 250 mg test back then.Back then thats how they showed me.Didnt hurt my system none.And I never shrunk back down.Got fat while driving truck.But back in the game again.

yeah thanks for the advice lads, i think im gonna run 500mg and maybe chuck in some orals, just pinned 125mg

Say he ran it at 500mg/week for ten weeks, then took the necessary time off. The next cycle OP runs at 500/mg week again. The third cycle the same. How many cycles would you estimate it might take before gains significantly diminish? Just curious on how the body responds to same doses of the same drug over time.

Every one is different but by your third cycle your gains would prob start to drop off...for two reasons 1# your receptors are use to that amount of test, 2# Your body can only hold so much mass.
ideally you would want to run your cycle like this:
cycle 1 - 500mg test weeks 1-10
cycle 2- 500mg test weeks 1-10
30mg d-bol weeks 1-4
cycle 3-500mg test weeks 1-12
300mg deca weeks 1-10
50mg d-bol weeks 1-4
cycle 4 -750mg test week 1-12
500mg deca weeks 1-10
80-100mg t-bol weeks 1-4
cycle 5 - 500mg test weeks 1-16
800mg eq weeks 1-14
50mg winny weeks 1-4
This is just an example so the compounds might be diffrent based on what your goal is but if your just talking about steady continual gains this is sort of what it would look like.
