    WEEKS: 8 vs 12.........

    Most of you advocate a 10-12 week cycle (E,C or whatever)
    With some saying less than 10 is a waste.

    What do say about Ronnie Rowland´s sticky:

    8 weeks if using a short ester not if I was using E/C

    you can tamper the dosage as you see how you react

    15 wks is the sweet spot for me

    I would also think a longer cycle (ie 16 weeks) would make more sense if you are cutting. You can continue shedding fat while maintaining your lean mass.

    Well, that´s what I did.
    And before reading the sticky, my impression was that a E or C cycle should run for at least 10 weeks, pref 12.
    But Ronnie says that there is no need to run past 8, unless we up the dosage.
    I will start my cycle in 4 weeks, and right now I think I will run 420 mgs for 12 weeks.
    But I keep changing my mind on this for each thread I read on the subject, so who knows what I will end up with.
    If I was this indecisive at my job, people would die...lol

    10-12 weeks if perfect for a longer ester like enth or cyp.

    Save the advanced AAS techniques (Ronnie's STS) for down the road.

    D7M...I have to grab the opportunity while u are here..

    What do u think about doing Chest twice per week, and the rest once, while on, because I need the chest to grow more due to proportions?

    Chest is still a relatively small body part, I personally wouldn't hit it twice a week.

    Only body part I ever had success with 2x/wk was legs.

    You could experiment and see what works for you, or it could just be as simple as changing up the routine a bit. I noticed you didn't have weighted dips for chest, might want to think about adding them as well.

    ok...thanks for the input...
    I´ve had great success working 1 bodypart per day....6 days Gym, 1 day rest.
    Also mentally easy when u know u´re just going to the gym to hit Shoulders or Biceps.
    I´ll see if I can rework my chest day, and stick with once/week like I have been doing.
    I´ve been considering to skip the Bench and start the following routine :
    30 degree incline Smith, 15 degree incline dumbells, 15 degree decline machine, fly machine.
    I hear your Dip....but a 20 year old shoulder injury prevents me from certain movements/angles.
