    did you meintain your strenght(power) after you were done with cycle?

    or did you lose it all n go back to pre cycle lifts?

    i kept 100% on my first cycle. like 80% on my second and third.

    I'm on my first week of pct from my first cycle and as of yet holding on to my strength. From what Ive been told i might loss some strength lets hope not.

    I'm two weeks in to pct. And although I have lost 10 of the 23 lbs I had gained I am just as strong. The motivation and stamina really need a push right about now.

    i never kept strength from any cycle b4 my trt. infact i went down to being weaker than i was when i was natty.

    prob need to add tht my natty system seemed to have gotten hit hard and quickly, hence the trt

    If you keep 100% of your strength
    100% of your gains..... u shouldn't have been cycling yet..imo

    if you go from a 200lb bench to a 250lb bench then yes you will keep it.. but if you go from a 405lb bench to a 455lb bench than you would be happy to stay at 425.. once you get past genetic potential it is VERY tough to maintian..

    i lose most my gains after cycle.. but i don't run adex.. and things like Abombs are completley superficial gains.. So alot of this depends on what type of steroids you are taking and how far up the "natural potential" ladder you were before juicing.

    I wouldn't say drol is completely superficial. If run alone than yea but stacked it makes an awesome kicker

    First cycle I kept around 70percent

    I loose strength more than weight. Strength starts to go quick but weight sticks around. Been experimenting with peptides and soon ostarine to try to combat some of this but so far still loose most of it
