Elevated blood levels of liver enzymes are an indication that the liver is under severe strain that it is unable to cope with. If there is nothing in the body that is hepatotoxic and the values remain elevated over a few months, then this indicates that the liver is damaged and further tests are in order to determine the damage. However 95% of the time the elevated enzymes are the result of a temporary situation ( toxins, illness, etc) and the values will resolve in short order.

I would google the contents of the pro-hormone to see how hepatotoxic it is, I am not familiar with them but I suspect that is indeed where the problem is coming from. I would go ahead and quite the shit, to me prohormones are like having sex with a man in prison...its not will not give you the results you want and will cause a lot more problems than the real thing.

In the future when you are going to take orals, try liv52 or LiverCare as it is known in the US this product is generally much more effective than milk thistle.

Meantime stop the Pro-horcrap and pick up a bottle of liv52/LiverCare and in another month get bloodwork done and you will be happy with the results.

Thats up to you. Hopefully your doctor has explored every other avenue for your acne already? The parameters for Accutane usage are severe recalcitrant nodular acne that is at least 5mm in diameter and has been unresponisive to other treatments up to and including systemic antibiotics. This is because accutane has a long list of severe side effects. Its hard on the liver, can cause depression, suicidal ideation, problems with vision and hearing. So unless your acne is severe and you have exhausted every other possibility of treatment you should not consider Accutane. Myself I don't know even then if I would take it but as I say thats an individual decisioin that needs to be made by you with your physicians input as well as any other knowlege you can gain.

You don't experience liver pain until you're near death.

It's no wonder your liver enzymes are elevated, since Dimethazine is essentially Superdrol (2 SD molecules joined together by an azine bond), one of the most toxic oral AAS out there.
