    Winstrol Dosage

    Ive got the 50 mg winstrol tabs and i was instructed to cut the pill in half and take one about 2 hours before i lift and then one around dinner time. Is this necessary? Or can I just take the full pill at a certain time of day?

    I have just taken 50mg pill a day its strong but works and yeah 2 hours in the system drink alot of water then pump up...

    Most guys I know do better with 100mg per day or at EOD with the injectable.
