Coming off & gains...
When coming off cycle, what did expieriece strength wise? When, if at all did you lose some strength, for how long and when did you start gaining again? Im curious because if one wasn't near the natural potential, shouldn't they still be able to make some decent gains during pct with a bulking diet because of the elevated test (compared to baseline) due to the pct (nutrition & training on point of coarse)?

I kept all my strength gains which really impressed me however they weren't massive strengths gains...
I would say it was alot harder to lift it the pain and tiredness alot faster..

The last cycle I did I had a good pop of growth and strength a month or so after PCT. I talked to a buddy who said it's happened to him before. It almost felt like I was doing a very light cycle.

You have to have to have to! lift heavy and eat big to keep your gains! you dont want to have 2 hour long workouts but lift heavy! your body wants to adapt to what ever conditions it's under and if your not lifting and your test is low you will shrink faster then you gained the weight!
The bigest mistake I see alot of guys do is do high reps and lower the weight....I see guys who were benching 315 and during pct they are doing 225???? your body will respond by shedding muscle because it no longer needs it.
The 8-12 weeks post cycle are so important in regard to keeping most of your gains...until your test is back to 100% you have to keep you self as anabolic as possible.

p.s I think gains have alot to do with body type as well...your first couple cycle you can keep most of your gains but after that it becomes hard because your body can only hold so much mass.

Awms you say the 8-12 weeks post cycle are most important but do you mean after your cycle is done or after PCT? Cause after PCT is done wouldnt your test be back to normal after the month of Nolvadex and things would be back to the way they were?

That is not necessarily true. Your body might still not be fully recovered after your four weeks of nolva&clomid. The only way you'll know is if you have a blood test. But even after you recover, if you start slacking on your workout and your diet, you'll going to lose mass.

Its been two weeks since my last injection and I found myself more motivated to work out harder to keep the gains then I was on. How on the blood test will you know if your test levels are back to normal? I only ask this cause I didnt have one before I started. Is there a certain number?
