    long-term side effects of clen?

i read that the studies have been done on rats with liquid clen and that it hardens the heart and arteries which isnt good. but it didnt say how long one has to be on it for these effects to become serious.

if you did 2 weeks on/2 weeks off 2 times in your life, would it be enough to do any long-term damage?

yea i know its a small amount of time. i educated myself on it for a while before purchasing ar-r clen . im on 100mcg a day right now and sides are not even that bad at all so far. just minor shakes in my hands and increase in body temp. i get paranoid sometimes when i read studies like that one with the rats and psych myself out. i feel better now.

No... it would take a least a year on the stuff before this would occur.

When's the last time you had your cholesterol checked?

It's a good idea to have your blood work done before a cycle and a few weeks after your PCT.
