question about "kickstarting " test/anavar cyle
brief stats 5'6 152lbs 27 male training 18 months
diet is good
Bench press 1rm: 225
Squat 2rm:315
Deadlift 2rm 345
bodyfat 12%
Goal : reduce BF 4-6% while maintaining/ building mass
cycle exp 1 prohormone cycle epistane 6 weeks
the proposed cycle is as follows
test enth weeks 1-12 500mgs
anavar weeks 6-12-50mgs
THE QUESTIONS ?
(1) Should I Kickstart this with prop @ 50mg eod and reduce the enth in the beginning and maybe end with some too? and how should i dose the enth if so( I have 10 amps of enth layiing around that i would like to use)
(2)Also i do not have a source on the A-dex yet , what are some good alternatives for an AI ? it is very important for me to keep bloating down especially for my line of work.
(3) Also contemplating HCG ? When would be the ideal time to introduce this?
Any responses would be greatly appreciated

meant to say have some nolva stockpiled for on cycle issues if they arise and am planning on using for pct as well
and i found some a-dex.

Most members on here, including myself, are going to tell you that you have a lot more natural growing to do before the ship sets sail. Your goals are also very unrealistic. You're not going to cut your bf% in half and gain mass at the same. Diet will be your best friend atm.

225 bench? Thats it? Get to at least 3 bills b4 you start a cycle and pack on another 20-30 pounds. Change your training / diet- maybe post your routines and the senior guys on here can give you a hand.

ok i'll try not to be harsh but i'll reply
Like everyone else has said you could easily put on 15 or 20lbs of muscle on your frame naturally. You just have to be willing to let someone who knows what they're doing have a look at your diet and training. And also be patient, After 18 months of training I was still figuring out a lot of things.
