10 week bulker and 6 week lean bulker
I was thinking about doing a 16 weeks cycle. I want to bulk for the first 10 weeks and then jus lean out the last 6 or so. I don't wanna be competition ready or anything jus real lean but have good size. Here are my current stats.
205 5'8" 15% bf 26 yrs
4th cycle. never gone above 500mg test 300 eq or 300 tren enanthate i tried deca but got a little gyno from that so i don't feel comfortable doing it anymore.
this cycle:
wks 1-4 40 mg dbol ED
wks 1-10 750 test cyp
wks 1-10 600 Tren E
wks 11-16 250 test cyp
wks 11-16 50mg winny ed (or should I use clen ?)
wks 11-16 300 tren E
6 weeks PCT of clomid, nolva, and a-dex
someone said to throw in anavar during pct but i thought it shuts you down as well doesn't it?
does this seem like it will do the job i am looking for?

longer cycle suggest increasing the dosage but why the 16 weeks?
what about 10 weeks and the last to weeks you cut up by changing diet?

i dont get this? all you are doing is having a 16wk cycle and lowering the doses for the last 5wks
you need to make up your mind between cutting and bulking

yea a 16 weeker but i just figured i could bulk for the majority and then just lean out the last few weeks, thats why i was lowering the dosage? you dont think lowering the dosage would help leaning out? I figure having high dose of test and the dbol would have quite a bit of bloat.....
