    seeing strength gains on 5th day of clen

    i was doing the bench press at the gym and normally i push out 8 reps for 225 on a good day but today it felt light as hell and i got up to 4 reps at 275 which ive never done before. i was expecting mainly fat loss from clen and verrry mild strength gains but man i felt awesome in every lift at the gym today on 80mcg.

    Clen is not normally a strength gainer but hey good on u

    yea and i dont think it was placebo because i didnt go in the gym expecting to do anything different but the weights on everything i use felt light to me so i took it all up a few notches. maybe it was the higher level of energy? either way i'll take it!

    iv'e always had great workouts on clenbuteral. didnt enjoy days off from lifting a lot of times. stuff is pretty harsh but i have had very good results with the compound

    and yeah ar-r 's clen is the beez knees

    Glad you are seeing gains. But more then likely just a coinceadence. But if you feel like it is giving you strength then by all means keep believing it. What ever motivates you to work harder is awesome indeed.

    Are you using your clen with a bulking/maintenance diet or did you switch to cut the calories at the end of your pct, along with starting clen?

    I found that clen actually made me weaker as time went on.

    My cardio routine sometimes includes heavy bag boxing and some sparring... very bad idea on clen . Cramped up all over the place lol
    If it gives you a strength increase, then lucky you! Keep it up

    ive never done aas. im 22 right now so i gotta wait a few years for that. im on a very clean cutting diet at around 2000 cals a day.

    and cro i was actually expecting the ar-r clen to be stronger but the sides are very mild so far even on 100mcg. maybe im sensitive to stims because i took vyvanse (ADD drug) prior to starting clen.

    i didnt find strenght gains on clen but found good for weight loss
