    sore tricep

    Hi,
    I have injected a test 350 shot into the underside of my tricep using a 25mm pin and it has become really achey and sore to touch. The whole area almost down to my elbow has gone red.
    Have I hit a blood vessel or put it into the wrong area. It didnt bleed when I jabbed.
