    Cool My next cycle - is it ok?

    WINSTROL
    Week 1,2,3,4 = 4mls p/week
    Week 5,6,7,8 = 8mls p/week
    Week 9,10,11,12 = 13mls p/week

    TRENBOLONE
    Week 1,2,3,4 = 2mls p/week
    Week 5,6 = 4mls p/week
    Week 7,8 = 6mls p/week
    Week 9,10,11,12 = 8mls p/week

    SCITROPIN A
    Week 5,6,7,8,9,10 = 2IU p/day Excluding weekends.

    I have had 2 cycles in the past 12 months and wanting to start this next month, any feedback will be much appreciated.

    no, go research winny and see why would wouldnt take that much eight ml and thirteen mls in a week...

    tren what a or e... and find out why you need to take test with tren

    what is scitropin a... is it hgh? educate me....

    also, what is your pct

    and we def couldnt tell you if it was a good cycle with out knowing you stats list them for more info...

    This will be my 3rd cycle.
    1st cycle was 2 x 10ml test ethanate, 1 x 10ml equipose
    2nd cycle was 2 x 10ml test 300, 1 x 10 deca 100

    Have not asked if the tren is A or E but will find out tomorrow
    Correct Scitropin A is HGH

    For PCT i didnt take on last 2 cycles but was told to take nolvadex on the next one???

    read up on pct,,, you need to add clomid...

    and looks like the cycles you have taken in the past have been good started cycles, except for the eq - you need to take much more than what you did to get any real results from eq...



    how long have you been lifting and what is you estimated body fat... pics help us set you on the right path

    will read up on PCT, thx for that..

    been on and off for years but the past 12 months lifting solid.. I got quite a bit of fat around my mid section, its ****en annoying me, im always bloated, any tips other then diet and cardio, lol...

    I dont have any pics on PC but will post up in next couple of days!!

    nope just diet...

    as for how you or me or any one looks the secret is in the diet... no one wants to hear that but how one looks is 80 persent diet...

    cut out all bread, pasta and simple sugars

    MY DIET

    DAY 1&2
    MEAL 1: 3 x weetbix + 250ml skim milk
    MEAL 2: 150g tuna + 200g low fat yoghurt
    MEAL 3: 250g sweet potato + 150g chicken breast
    GYM - protein shake
    MEAL 4: 1 baked potato + 180g fish + 200g mixed salad
    MEAL 5: 150g low fat ricotta cheese = 15 almonds

    DAY 3
    MEAL 1: 3 x weetbix + 250ml skim milk
    MEAL 2: 150g tuna + 200g low fat yoghurt
    MEAL 3: 250g sweet potato + 150g chicken breast
    GYM - protein shake
    MEAL 4: 300g mixed salad + 150g red meat
    MEAL 5: 150g low fat ricotta cheese + 15 almonds

    DAY 4&5
    MEAL 1: 3 x weetbix + 250ml skim milk
    MEAL 2: 150g tuna + 200g low fat yoghurt
    MEAL 3: 250g sweet potato + 150g chicken breast
    GYM - protein shake
    MEAL 4: 200g mixed salad + 150g chicken breast
    MEAL 5: 150g low fat ricotta cheese + 15 almonds

    DAY 6
    MEAL 1: 80g oats + 250ml skim milk + protein shake
    MEAL 2: 150g tuna + 200g low fat yoghurt
    MEAL 3: 250g brocolli + 150g chicken breast
    MEAL 4: 1 apple + 150g tuna
    MEAL 5: 300g mixed salad + 150g red meat

    DAY 7 = Family home cooked meals

    What do you think???

    the name is hilarious i love the cyp hardons i get lol

    I would suggest running a test as the base and added the winny if you wanna harden up but lower the dosage.

    Have you thought about incorporating HCG also nolva is ok but clomid in my opinion is far superior also torem is really good for pct.

    thx figured it was a name everyone on the forum could relate to... lol

    ok will get clomid, should i take nolva with it, not sure if i can get torem???

    And even though I will take the Scitropin A during the cycle should i still have test base as well???
