Difference between low or high estrogen

Given you feel like sh** when your estrogen is out of whack either way, are their ways to tell or what are the differences to know whether your killing to much e or you just have to much of it in you

good point redz, so itchy nips would mean high estro but not ithcy means low right??

Yeah certain things could be either way like no sex drive for example or a lack of gains.

their are some signs, such as high=itchy nips low=no nip probs, im sure theirs more but being able to tell the difference just from your symptoms would b a great tool for one

An more knowledgable person or a contrast chart should really put up a sticky(just a suggestion)
