pct after sustanon

i am not a big steroid taker,
just
had sustanon 250 mg per week - 3 weeks
stanazolol oral 12 mg per day - 3 weeks

i am little bit confused now just want to stop steroids and back to normal supplements.
can any body suggest what 'pct' should i take to bring my hormones to natural.

doing exercise from last 4 years.

You shouldnt be using steroids you have no idea what your doing, infact your cycle is useless. Check out the pct section and read the stickies
