Post Maximizing fat loss on a low dose , 10 weeks, first time TEST-E cycle

First of all hello to everybody, i've been lurking around for the past 1.5 years, and now it's time to start my first cycle ever.

I am 25 years old, 5'10" , currently 155 lbs. Been training for 3.5 years. You would say i need to look at my diet first, but i can guarantee that is not the case, and i will explain why.

Last year at this same date i was 177 lbs. Having a past history of shitty diet, i ended up being the dreaded skinny-fat guy, storing all the fat on my lower abs and hips. So i started a cut, and now i'm 155 lbs STILL having 2 rolls of fat on my lower abs. Bulking/cutting phases are not for me apparently, the only thing i can do is slowly grow with a clean diet without excessive amounts of calories.

I'm relying on this first cycle to finally hop me over my current plateau -> building enough muscle to help burn those last rolls of fat.

    I am planning TEST-E 300mg/week , 10 weeks, Adex 0.25 E3D. Low dose because i'm acne prone.

I read a few studies stating that Testosterone works great for fat-loss, but what else can i do in order to maximize fat-loss on testosterone WITHOUT a caloric deficit? Coupled with a clean diet obviously. I cannot afford stacking Anavar .

Would it be a good idea to add maybe 2-3g of Carnitine, CLA ?

You're right, testosterone is good for fat loss, and your cycle plan looks good. But you're 155lbs at 5'10. You're not at a plateau, I really think your diet needs work or training.

Just humor me and post your diet and training, and we'll go from there.

Thanks for the reply, you are right, i am not at a plateau by scale, but i am by the mirror. If i up my calories, at best my lower-ab fat will stay the same if not increase a little. I cannot afford that because you know, spring summer coming up
On the same note, i cannot aford to cut more obviously because i'll end up lean, but anorexic.

My diet currently isn't planned out but mainly it's just oats, whey, meat, rice, peas, nuts. 3 meals/day, eating only when hungry. No simple sugars at all except dextrose PWO.

On cycle i'll have the diet spot on though, tracking calories on fitday.com , aiming for 3500 cals/day.

Well there you, my friend. You can't expect to reach your goals by just winging your diet.

I am not saying i cannot grow further by upping cals. I started working out at 133 lbs and peaked 177 lbs after 3.5 years. I am just tired of seeing the remaining fat on my lower abs. Lean everywhere apart from that spot. I am relying on this cycle to finally grow in weight without running in place as far as looks because of that patch of fat.

if you are getting lower ab fat upping your cals, you arent doing it properly. As for your weight/height. Its not worth starting at. I'm 5'6 and outweigh you by 15lbs before starting.

Once in your position before I will tell you I thought the same way did a short cycle of test e and gained massive weight(not all good) i WAS taking 500mg/week test e and I was eating 4500 calories lifting hard EVERYDAY sometimes twice a day with all supporting protien and supplements, long story short in 6-8 Weeks I gained almost 25 lbs. everything on my body blew up like a air compressor was hooked to me, finished cycle and tried to cut down only 4 weeks after it was finished I lost 15 of the 25lbs I originally gained, Lots of water weight, also some fat gain. Thats not the worst part, I didn't do my pct right and was shut down with"limp dick" no sex drive at all for weeks on end.worst feeling in my life!
not to be long winded but I decided to get rid of my fat and went on a "keto" diet these last 8 weeks and I have seen phenomOnal results!!!! still holding 194lbs @ 8%...Try lil harder on the diet man it really does mean the difference! good luck

Not necessarily getting lower-ab fat, but by upping cals i'm 100% sure i won't lose either. That fat haunts me from the past days of shitty diets.
I bulked to 177,cut down to 155 and it's still there. Natural, i'm estimating to fully get rid of it in 1 year minimum. Slowly recomp is the only thing working for my body.

OP: these people are knowledgable. Everyone above is EXECTLY the kind of person you would want helping you. Your way hasn't been working, so listen to them and your body will change. If you start a cycle, you won't see the results you want. Have a little more patience, start eating the right things, and your body will change surprisingly fast.

OP: I had great results for getting rid of lower ab fat from Liquid clenbutrx made by vpx/stacked with Ephedrine..Same as E/C stack with moderate calories mixed with weight training circuits and both HIIT cardio and LISS (130bpm range).

I KNOW that these people are knowledgeable and i value their oppinion.

Please take the time to read my previous posts in this thread, why are you saying my way hasn't been working? Did i ever say i'm NOT able to gain weight without AAS? Nutrition has been my hobby for the past 2 years, i know how to keep track of my calories, i know how i need the macros and so on. You don't understand my problem, so i will formulate once again.

I have lower-ab fat left from my past of shitty diets (2 years before i started lifting). I started at 133 lbs, went up to 177 lbs, now i'm at 155 lbs. I am able to go up and down on the scale, so strict dieting isn't a problem. At both weights i had lower-ab fat. I am planning my first cycle so i can do the one thing impossible to do natural -> gaining LBM while losing bodyfat. And it is exactly what i need to attack my problem once and for all my.

I understand, but at my weight i cannot afford to cut more. I would need to hit 145 lbs in order to lose that fat.
