    Is dbol enough and is it safe?!!!

    iam new here, its my first time to take steriods .... i'm 28 years, 62kg and 171cm.....i'm planning to take dbol alone i know it might be porr first cycle to take it alone but still would like to try it alone so can anyone tell me would dbol only 20-30mg per/day dose for 4-6 weeks would be enoughtfor meto gainmuscle pointing that i dontwant to reach bulk phase..thnks for to get an answer soon...... one more thing would i still need to take anti-e or anything else for side effects if i only took dbol

    dbol is a bulking steroid , and mainly used as a kick start.. using it alone is NOT recommended. You have not mentioned anything about post cycle therapy either.. so you will lose whatever gains you might make anyways... you can expect to gain 5-10lbs on a mild dose of DBol, with maybe 20-30lbs being added to your MAJOR lifts.. however all of this will go away once you are finished with the exception of the occasional person keeping 2-3 pounds.

    Btw i would also concentrate on diet for now, head to the diet forum and post your full daily diet, aas are a complete waste of time if your not eating correctly...

    you really can't with those compounds.. do some research bud.. just read all the stickies at the top of the various sections of this board.. and get back to us in a few weeks.. all you need to know is out here on older threads.. just look into it.. also at your height/weight i suggest you go to the diet section and look into that a bit.. it seems you are not eating enough

    I did a dbol only cycle for 5 weeks at 30mg a day. I gained 12 pounds and have kept about 5 pounds and my lifts are still where they were when I was on my cycle.

    I did three D only cycles at 40 to 50mg's on the last one. Four weeks on. Machine is right, or at least in my case it was. I gained about ten pounds every time, but lost it again over a months time. Most came off in two weeks because it was water retention. I stayed thirsty! Save your D and use it to front load a cycle.

    check out the diet section first. it will help you a LOT! there is no reason to take steroids at this point. Proper eating habits will get you WAY past your current 135 lbs.

    So even with proper PCT (tamoxifen /clomid) you'll end up losing most if not all your gains from D-bol? Just curious why injectable test will produce more permanent gains (with successful PCT) as opposed to oral test.

    To be honest with you I did no PCT. At the time I had no idea what post cycle therapy even meant. I have done alot of reading on here and listened to these guys since those days. You are probably going to do it anyways, so learn about P.C.T. and every other aspect this site has to offer. You could spend two months in the evenings reading on this site and still never read the same thing twice. If these guys say read the diet section....then do so.

    This is now making me wonder if it is possible to keep some of the d-bol gains if proper PCT is done. Anyone here ever run both d-bol only w/ PCT and injectable only w/PCT cycles? How did the two cycles compare in regards to gains kept?

    Curious to see replies of above question. Can I ask, why are gains more likely to be retained from dbol when run alongside test? Wouldn't you really only retain the gains made from the testosterone ? To me, bulking up on a compound like this and then losing it would kill my motivation. Seems like a giant waste. Better to go with slower, steady gains like that derived from test I would think. JMO.

    Omg, a 4-6 week, weak-ass (20-30mg!) cycle of dianabol only. You're gonna be real disappointed when all the bloat goes away. What is wrong with using Testosterone ? That cycle sounds terrible. Please try again.

    thnks guys for all the info.u r giving me...but im ina conflict i talk to ppl in real and a trainers who says that if i kept playing after the cycle od d-bol only i wont loose this much gains...so is that true? and to make my point clear..i dont want to bulk or gain ALOT OF MUSCLES..it has been 3 years since i started gym and im in a phase that my body does not gain anymore muscles specially bench and arms....so ineeded to take something that makes me pass this phase so many ppl told me about d-bol and coz its safe and doesnt play in hormones it will do exactly wht i need just like 5 to 8 pounds to keep from d-bol alone...could that happen..knowing that iam taking supplements with and after it???

    jsut to be another person to say it. . .diet will probably fix most of your issues. Dboll by itself is not a good cycle and even that should have some pct. Most of your gains will be water, and most will be lost.
