    Workout routine with AAS

I was just interested in getting some workout information straight up. I just had a few simple questions in regards to working out while cycling.

Should I increase working out each body part from 1 time a week to 2 times a week? like a 3 days in the gym 1 day off then 3 days in gym again?

What creates the best results? working out with heavy weight say for 5 sets of 6 reps or going with the lighter weight for 3 sets of 12-15 reps.

I have been working out for more than 6 years so I know my stuff when it comes to working out in the gym but of course I'm not sure how to adjust it being on AAS. I mean we all hear the stories of faster recovery time which = more working out while cycling. Just trying to see if its what I should do or not.

you work out the same on AAS as you do off AAS for the most part.. some people recover a little faster but it all depends on the person.. as for reps and sets.. it all depends on what u want to achieve

Ok so stick to the same way it is done when not on aas unless you feel recovery time speeding up. Thanks for the info.

The mental stimulation of being ON when you are at the gym will auto increase your performance. If anything I would be careful (esp if trying to get bigger) to not OVER train. Keep your workout inside of 45 minutes or so - follow a good PWO (post work out nutrition) protocol and enjoy the extra growth you get out of it. If you feel like you have too much left in the tank at the end of a work out go heavier next time!
