I now try to avoid specific compounds that really jack cholesterol. Here are a few that destroy it; var, winny, tren , proviron , mast, Liquidex, Letro and the list goes on and on. Deca seems to affect cholesterol only mildly.
I started taking 20mg zocor (statin) to reel in my LDL. Hdl was very good but LDL
Blows on or off cycle anymore.

CoQ10 and Red Yeast Rice per my docs recommendations. Diet is a large part as well.

Niacin is good if your cholesterol molecules are "small", you'd need an advanced cholesterol panel to determine molecule size. I don't remember what the test readout says but it could be researched easily. Cholesterol molecules that are smaller can pass through the lining of the arterial wall easier from what was explained to me. Then you need to find a really "clean" source of Niacin. I didn't need it so didn't do the research but that should get you started.
