8 egg white omlette with two oz turkey, steak or ham, green peppers, onions, jalapenos.
1 cup dry oatmeal cooked with some berries.
1 tablespoon Udos oil (flaxseed oil blend).
    2 cups green tea.

Same thing every morning for about two years now.

We buy oatmeal and brown rice online in 50 pound bags. Looks like we're feed a horse.

9 days out of 10 its an egg beater omlette w/about 4 eggs and fat free cheese and two pieces of dry whole wheat toast.

the other days its a 1/2 container of fat free cottage cheese (8 oz) mixed with a fat free container of yougart (6 oz) or fried egg whites and oatmeal (which I hate)

Do you guys have friends and family that look at you odd when you tell them about all the egg whites you eat? Everytime I tell someone about it they always ask, "what do you do with the yolks, isn't that wasteful?"
Geez, you'd think I threw 20 bucks down the sink. I tell them for a buck a dozen, I can afford to throw the yolks away. Then I offer to save the yolks and give them to them. They pretty much shut up then.

You guys don't just stick with the SAME breakfast day after day do you? Doesn't it get boring? What other things do you eat? How do you mix and match to make it non get so boring so soon. Sometimes I get pretty much bored of a food, and can't even force feed myself. Haven't had eggs in a while.

One more thing, is it still bad to eat the WHOLE egg if you are just bulking or going normal? I mean, so many people ONLY eat the whites, is it THAT bad to eat the whole thing? Too much fat?

No egg fats are realatively healthy, if you are not worried about the cholesterol then by all means you can have a few yolks. I just cut them out for diet purposes. I actually use egg beaters and they taste just as good as whole eggs with no fat. I don't know how they do it and I don't care.
