    Weird sensation during quad injection

So I just injected into my outer-quad for the first time. It was fine going in and until 1/2 way through I started getting a tingling feeling down my leg and when I pulled it out it bled a good bit. Normal?

    **Edit** And yes, i aspirated

**Edit again** I think I went through a vein and because I wasn't 100% steady I moved the needle a bit and injected some into the vein because I felt really like headed and weird for a few min. All good now though.

lots of nerves in the quads.
I break the skin quickly and then push the pin slowly. If I get near a nerve (leg twitch/tingle) I retract slightly, change the angle slightly and then continue.
If you inject into a vein, you will know it.
Once the oil hits the lungs it will be a coughing fit of epic proportions.
Some injections will occasionally bleed. Just part of the game.

I didn't have a coughing fit but I got very light headed to the point of almost passing out for a couple of min..splashing cold water on my face definitely helped lol.

I'm guessing you nicked a vein and a tiny bit of gear may have got into your blood stream.
If you accidentally inject any significant amount into a vein there will be no doubt what has happened.
Been there, done that, trust me, it sucks!

Yeah, luckily it was a small dose of prop going in (using it for a cycle jump start). Good thing it wasn't the Test E/ Tren E poke lol

I hate pinning quads for this exact reason.

    I can't reach my glutes
Instead I pin the ventro glute.
I also pin three muscles in the quads.
    vastus medialis.
    vastus lateralis.
    rectus femoris.

You just came close to a nerve. I love quad shots. They are by far my favorite. I only come close to a nerve about 1 out of every 20 times i hit them.

Yesterday was actually one of those times. Pierced the skin quickly then pushed the needle down slowly. Started to feel the nerve getting close so i moved a little. It wasnt enough though because i went farther and felt pain with a twitch. I pulled the needle out, had a good bit of blood, swabbed close by the original spot, changed the needle and injected again. No problems. Just hit my left quad today without any pain whatsoever

I was with a friend when this same thing happened in his delt. tingle down the arm, blood running down his arm (quite a bit), then light headedness. He was fine after a few minutes, good to hear an explanation.

Haven't pinned yet, but it's good to read this info so I don't freak if this were to happen to me.

Love the quads large area to move around a bit and by far the easiest to control. As everyone said if you go slow you can def tell when you get within the vicinity of a nerve, not the best feeling. Chest isn't bad either but I don't like putting many cc in there. Glutes I always end up cramping up while 1/3 of the way done....

I also love quads the only down side is there are a lot of nerves there and when you do hit one it sucks ass. The key is to insert slowly.
