Test P D-bol stack for beginner?
Hey Gents.
This is going to be my first cycle and was just looking for some advice. I got this particular stuff cus a buddy of mine whos in the game (and jacked by the way) recommended it to me.
Test P 25ml 250mg/ml
Nandrolone decanoate 10ml 250mg/ml
Nolva 20mg
Stats:
28
5'10"
140 lbs (before my morning dump)
125 max bench
Im very skinny and weak and will be the first to admit it. no matter how much I eat and work out I dont gain a pound. Any help would be appreciated.
8 wk cycle with as much gains as possible is what im looking to do.
cycle:
100mg test p EOD
50 mg nandrolone decanoate 1x week
Nolva 20mg ED
I plan to hit the universities gym 3 times a week

welcome to the forum, i will be honest with you here.. you could gain A LOT more weight (50lbs+) naturally with changes in your diet and your workout routine. can you post your diet in moderate detail and your workout schedule in detail?

Diet looks something like this
Breakfast 4 or 5 eggs w/ 1/2lb of bacon or sausage Toast
Lunch Angus burger, Chef Salad
MId day 3 peanut butter and banana sandwich
Dinner Steak or 3 grilled chicken breast with a veggie
snack i usually eat a tub of cottage cheese with pnieapples or rasberries
And usually 3 or 4 protien shakes throughout the day
I really dont get it, i eat like a monster but gain no weight

alright, so what you see as eating a lot i see as not eating enough.. i'll post my bulking diet:
9:00
2 cups dry measure oatmeal
1 cup of egg whites
3 whole eggs
2 tbsp natty PB
12oz fat free milk
1 cup kashi go-lean crunch
11:00 (pre-workout meal)
8oz turkey
6 pieces of 12-grain bread
2 bananas
2:00 (post-workout)
3 scoops of wheybolic
1/2 cup of carboplex
30g creatine
3:00 (post-workout meal)
10oz chicken breast (skinless, boneless)
1/2 pound of pasta (whole wheat egg noodles)
5:00
8oz flank steak/other low fat beef
1 large sweet potato
7:00
8oz talapia/salmon
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup spinach
9:00
(same as previous or slight variation of meat)
11:30
3 scoops of casean protein
that is a 4-5kcal diet.. you diets is like maybe 3kcal at best

You need eat like this:
Meal 1 Pro/Carb
8 Egg Whites, 1 Scoop Of Whey Protein, 1 cup oatmeal
50g protein / 54g carbs / 5g fat
Meal 2: Pro/Fat
Lean Ground Beef, ¼ cup swiss cheese, green veggies
55g protein / 2g carbs / 20g fat
Meal 3: Pro/Carb
Chicken Breast, 1 and a half cup Brown Rice
55g protein / 64g carbs / 3g Fat
**Disclaimer: Meal 3 can be a pro/fat meal if you are ultra sensitive to carb intake.
Meal 4: Pro/Fat
2 Cans of Tuna, 1 Tbsp Full Fat Mayonnaise, Veggies
60g protein / 2g carbs / 13g Fat
Workout
Meal 5: PWO Nutrition
2 Scoops Whey Protein / 80g of Dextrose
40g protein / 80g carbs / 0g fat
Meal 6: PPWO
Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, ½ cup Brown Rice (Measured Uncooked)
50g protein / 70g carbs / 3g fat
Meal 7: Pro/Fat
Lean Protein of your choice, 2 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
50g protein / 5g carbs / 18g fat
Meal 8: Before Bed
3 Scoops of Whey Protein, 1.5 Tbsp. Flax Seed Oil
60g protein / 3g carbs / 21g Fat
or 2 scoop casein

i would recommend this after you have fixed your diet up and gained a good amount of weight naturally

well unfortunately he list test e...I have test prop. getting test e at the moment is not gonna happen. my source wont be getting any more for some time, so im stuck with P

You have the stats of a high school kid who has never lifted a weight before...so no, you don't need steroids .
You could gain 50lbs of mostly lean bodymass in a few years just with proper diet and exercise. So do that first.

my friend, i assure i am not a high school kid, and im aware of my small stature, and I also I assure you i am very familiar with the weight room. I have played organized football, basketball, and baseball for 18yrs. and have been required to work out since junior high.
