    Deca, D-bol , sustanon

    Im 27 years old.. about 5... 7......180 pounds... about to run my second cycle of d-bol, deca 300, and sustanon 350....about 3 years in working out...


    1-4 D-bol @ 40 mg a day
    1-12 Deca 300 @ 400 mg a week
    1-12 Sustanon 350 @ 700 mg a week

    Pct Nolvadex and clomid..
    cal intake is about 3700 to 4000 cal. a day
    6 6 days a week in the gym( about 1 and half each day)



    Anyone ran this cycle or close to it? Would this be a good cycle to run?

    1-4 Test E@ 500 mg a week
    5-12 Test E @ 750 mg aweek
    1-12 deca 300 @ 400mg a week...

    you know that test Enan takes several weeks to stabalise in the blood right? so why would you ramp up your dose 5 weeks in? That heavy of a first cycle and you would think you would be much heavier than you are right now. Whats your bodyfat % currently? If its more than 12% I'd say your first cycle was a bit of a waste or you didnt build a solid enough base.

    As far as your 2nd cycle goes, I think its a bit too much gear, but if you want to run that much its your call. Run your test out 2 weeks past your deca to avoid any libido problems

    KP.. i actually was 198 at the time of the cycle.. then one week from my last shot i caught a cold.. that caused me to drop 18 pounds... couldn't eat and hit the gym really... so now With the new cycle im crossing my fingers that i can hit 200 or 205....

    3 years training and on your second heavy cycle.
    slow down mate, train hard without all the chems, build yourself a base..

    and remember, its not about hitting that weight, its about maintaining it.. and you have to have the base to do so..

    for someone to lose 18lbs from a cold that doesnt last 3 months, you would probably have to chalk up most of those gains to water weight from the dbol which leads me to believe the cycle was not well run and the base from which the person was working from was not solid. Ive known people who get pneumonia on cycle and have to stop and dont lose even half that muscle.

    All we are saying is go easy so you dont hurt yourself.

    I would add an AI like ARIMIDEX or LETROZOLE .
