Started my 2nd cycle.
Hey guys,
alright i just started my 2nd cycle:
test prop 400mg/12 weeks
i did my first pin yesterday in my glute, went in very smoothly although a bit of pain today but that is normal.
was just wondering if its good to warm up the prop before pinning?

Test prop is going to cause pain wherever you inject.
This is the nature of prop. After a while you just get used to it.
Warming the gear helps if you are having difficulty pushing it through a small gauge pin.
As far as helping with any post injection pain goes, I cannot tell any difference between warm or not.

Heating the oil makes it thinner which again will help to allow it to spread out evenly throughout your muscle
