anybody else have trouble working legs after pinning quads ?
I switched to quads for convinience I've done both quads 5 times but the target leg gets weak and sore for too long. Will I eventually become immune to the soreness? I'm thinking about going back to glutes this is really inhibiting my leg training and bringing them up is really a main focus for this cycle

damnit lol I thought maybe cause I've been hanging out in the lounge I wouldn't get the moral response, I'll go back to glutes >.<
