Cycle for help with joint pain
Hi I am new to this and have done some research but obviously not enough..
I am 25 been training 4 years 201 cm 92kg
I have had some joint pains for a while and have been off gym, lately they are getting slightly better and I'm starting physiotherapy soon and want to get back into the gym on very light weights.
I want to supplement these two things with a 10 week cycle of deca and obviously test preferably at 100ml each but am having trouble figuring out which test is the best for this?
Also should I still be taking anything else to limit sideeffects at this dose?

You could probably get by with 1 pin weekly if you used Test C. Both C and Decca have long esters. The only side effect at that low of a dose you might get is some erectile problems from Decca. Everyone is different in their reaction to sides. To be safe I would run my Test higher than the Decca.
You might want to inspect your lifting habits as well. Crappy habits, over training, bad form, too heavy a weights, forced reps, beyond failure, and other techniques can cause stress to joints and tendons.

Thankyou very much though I'm a little worried of the effects of test on the joints if the dosage of test is higher I might just take the same of each and see how it goes.. Maybe..

I have never heard of Test causing joint pain. I’ve heard orals like winstrol can actually cause joint damage, but who knows. So many sides are person dependant. I’ve been on 500mg Test weekly for 5 weeks now and no joint pain. I also take 250 iu HCG 2x weekly and don’t have to run any E blockers. Others have too, on just the test. I have done test C and test e in the past and experienced no joint pain. I have a buddy who has cycled multiple time who does have bad joints (knees) and says he feels like the Test helps the pain. However the one time he tried winstrol, he had to stop due to the increase of joint pain.

Okay thanks man, I'm going to do light weights so no over doing it for a couple of months atleast
