I just got my Liquid stane and the syring (no needle) goes up to 10ml. so the vet's here say I should take 10 to 12mg EOD. I can figure out how much I should measure up to in the syringe.

Yes I know its oral I asked before I bought it. thank you so much.. so half of the oral 1ml syring. is there a better time to take it ie.. empty stomack.. at night?

Liquid stane is fast acting, blood levels hit their peak within one hour of administration. The half life is roughly 9-12 hours so a daily dose at the same time each day is necessary. It is not necessary to take multiple doses per day. 25mg's becomes 12.5mg's at 12 hours +/- which becomes 6.25mg's at 24 hours +/- at which time you take another dose.

Arimidex & letrozole have longer half lives and cost less, which is why many prefer them however, it's whatever you like. One of the possibly nice things about aromasin is, and I'm not sure why this is but, some studies find no impact on blood lipid levels. Normally, if estrogen is reduced, that has a negative impact on blood lipid levels.

its a 1ml oral syringe its graduated into tenths of 1ml (one only one ml)total is the full syringe. notice the decimal before the numbers,this indicates tenths .1 .2 .3 .4 .5 .6 .7 .8 .9 with the highest measurement having no decimal indicating 1ML(one ml)(full syringe) it does not read 10ml, only 1ml

the concentration of ar-r stane is 25mg per ml


the full syringe to the 1ml mark is a 25mg dose..
at the .1 mark = 2.5mg
at the .2 mark = 5mg
at the .3 mark = 7.5mg
at the .4 mark = 10mg
at the .5 mark = 12.5mg
at the .6 mark = 15mg
at the .7 mark = 17.5mg
at the .8 mark = 20mg
at the .9 mark = 22.5mg
at the 1ml mark (full syringe) = 25mg

give your stane a good shake before you draw it into the syringe for dosing so that the suspension is uniform
